The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development announced today that it was reducing rates by 1/2% on CDA mortgage loans and eliminating the MMP+2% and MMP+3% grant programs.
The new 30yr Fixed Rates will be:
4.875% & 3 Points
5.000% & 2 Points
5.125% & 1 Point
5.25% & 0 Points
